今天来做经典白糖甜甜圈食谱。 小时候在面包店最爱看甜甜圈,沾满了白糖,看了心里就甜甜了。哈哈~ 尝试了几次,终于可以炸出美美,圆圆胖胖的甜甜圈了。不用发粉,只用酵母的食谱。成型和炸的技巧也很重要哦,油温控制得好,就能炸得美。外表黄金,外围一圈白戒指的经典甜甜圈,看了很舒服。最简单的沾上白糖,就已经很好吃了。先咬到一层薄薄的酥皮和白糖,内部口感非常柔软蓬松。
建议要隔天吃的,不沾白糖,收在密封塑容器,室温可存留3天,普通冰箱可存留一个星期左右,要吃前用toaster中小火烤热5分钟回软,沾白糖再吃,会好像刚炸好新鲜的柔软口感哦~

Today, I’m making Classic Sugar Donut recipe. When I was young, I loved to see doughnuts in a bakery. It was covered with white sugar, after seeing, heart also melted with sweetness. Haha ~ After few attempts, finally able to fry out beautiful round donuts. No baking powder, only yeast donut recipes. The shaping and frying technique is also very important. If the oil temperature is well controlled, donuts can be fried beautifully. Classic donuts’ signature golden brown color with a white ring surrounding is very satisfying to watch. The simplest way of eating it is by coating them in white sugar and it's already delicious. First bite you will taste a thin layer of crispiness and sugar, with very soft and fluffy texture inside.
To store till next day, it is recommended not to coat with white sugar, keep in a airtight plastic container, can be stored at room temperature up to 3 days, or normal fridge up to about a week. Before eating, heat them with toaster medium low heat, for 5 minutes to soften, coat with sugar, they will still taste fresh and soft like they’re just fried ~

=15粒甜甜圈(50克面团一粒)=
280克 高筋面粉/面包粉
40克 细纱糖
4.5克 (1½茶匙) 速溶酵母
0.5克 (¼茶匙) 肉豆蔻粉
3克 (½茶匙) 盐
1颗 大鸡蛋
3克 (½茶匙) 香草精
120毫升 冷牛奶
40克 无盐牛油
适量 食用油 (炸)
适量 白糖(沾)
(中火预热油,小火控制油温:165C-170C)

♦Recipe
=15pcs Donuts (50g dough/ball)=
280g High Protein Flour/Bread Flour
40g Castor Sugar
4.5g (1½tsp) Instant Dry Yeast
0.5g (¼tsp) Ground Nutmeg
3g (½tsp) Salt
1 Large Egg
3g (½tsp) Vanilla Extract
120ml Cold Milk
40g Unsalted Butter
Enough Cooking Oil (Frying)
Enough White Sugar (Coating)
(Medium Heat preheat oil, low heat control oil Temperature: 165C-170C)
