济南真的有很多炸鸡店，遍布大街小巷，走到哪里都能闻着淡淡的炸鸡味道。大叔做炸鸡也有20多年，买来的鸡肉要提前腌制入味，同时需要对鸡肉表面划刀，这样可以让鸡肉入味更深入。油炸的时候要裹上面包糠和鸡蛋液，这样炸出来的鸡块美味又不油腻，出锅的炸鸡再撒入辣椒、孜然等，很是美味。价格是23元一斤，很多学生都很爱吃。
