瘦的豬絞肉 600公克
水800C.C.
砂糖4-5大匙
醬油30g
豬油20-50g
五香粉 肉桂粉些許
雞粉10g
其實只要耐高溫的液態油也都行!像是玄米油、酪梨油皆可!只是豬油特香~
如果肉能夠擰得很乾,大概要炒四十五分鐘.過程是鋪平~等待~再翻動、如果真的怕手太酸可以先把擰乾的絞肉先放進烤箱攝氏一百七十度~一百八十度烤個二十分鐘(中途翻動一下),再炒會快很多!
