This week, we visit the charming neighbourhood of Tiong Bahru again. Only this time instead of the usual areas, it’s a resale condominium instead. When homeowner Dennis first set his sights on the space, it was vintage looking and old, and most people wouldn’t be able to look past it. But he could see the potential of the space, and the green views out from it was a particular charming point.

The project was a self-designed one, and Dennis set out to create the space to his own tastes. For the feature wall, he initially was thinking of a wallpaper, but instead decided on a fluted panel instead for some texture. He also added a big art frame, to break up the look and the colours were also in conjunction with the rest of the space.

Special thanks to Dennis for taking the time to show us around his calming home.
