Resep Ayam Madu Korea. Korean Honey Chicken adalah salah satu makanan khas Korea Selatan yang cukup populer. Ayam goreng tepung yang dilumuri dengan saus madu dengan perpaduan rasa manis dan gurih. Cocok dijadikan sebagai lauk maupun camilan.
Resep Korean Honey Chicken (untuk 3-4 porsi)
Bahan:
200 gr paha ayam fillet, potong dadu
1 sdt bawang putih halus
½ sdt jahe parut
1 butir telur
2 sdm tepung maizena
1 sdt minyak wijen
2 sdm santan
½ sdt garam
½ sdt gula
¼ sdt merica
¼ sdt penyedap / kaldu jamur
Adonan tepung kering:
1 cup tepung protein sedang
2 sdm maizena
Saus:
2 sdm kecap asin
4 sdm madu
1 sdm gula palem
2 sdm minyak wijen
2 sdm minyak goreng
2 sdt bawang putih halus
3 sdt wijen
Garnish
1 batang daun bawang, iris
Langkah:
1. Campurkan ayam dengan semua bahan rendaman lalu diamkan minimal 30 menit agar bumbu meresap
2. Campurkan tepung dan maizena
3. Celupkan ayam ke dalam tepung kering hingga terlumuri semua bagian, goreng hingga kuning keemasan
4. Untuk saus, tumis bawang putih dengan minyak lalu campurkan semua bahan hingga rata dan masak hingga mengental
5. Tambahkan ayam, aduk rata
6. Korean Honey Chicken siap disajikan dengan garnish irisan daun bawang

Crispy, Savory, Sweet: Korean Honey Chicken Recipe (Popcorn Chicken)
Korean Honey Chicken is a popular South Korean dish. The battered chicken is coated with a sweet and savory honey sauce. This is a great dish to be served as a main dish or as a snack.
Korean Honey Chicken Recipe (yield 3-4 serving)
Ingredients:
200 g chicken thigh fillet, diced
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp grated ginger
1 pc egg
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp coconut milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp flavor enhancers / mushroom stock powder
Dry Coating:
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp cornstarch
Sauce:
2 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp honey
1 tbsp palm sugar
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp oil
2 tsp minced garlic
3 tsp sesame seeds
Garnish:
1 stalk green onions, sliced
Steps:
1. Mix the chicken with all the marinating ingredients. Marinate for at least 30 minutes to let the liquid get absorbed.
2. Combine the flour and cornstarch.
3. Dip the chicken into the dry coating until evenly coated and fry until golden brown.
4. For the sauce, sauté the garlic with oil and add all the other ingredients. Cook until it thickens.
5. Add the chicken in. Stir well.
6. Korean Honey Chicken is ready to serve with sliced green onions as the garnish.
