The new RX 500h marks a milestone in hybrid technology: the performance hybrid is the first Lexus turbocharged hybrid and was developed for customers who want high-end electrified performance.
This performance is delivered by a new parallel hybrid architecture that develops a system output of 273 kW (371 hp) and 550 Nm of torque from a 2.4-liter turbo engine, an integrated front motor and a 76 kW electric motor on the rear axle. Thrilling acceleration is thus guaranteed: the sprint from zero to 100 km/h is completed in 6.2 seconds.
