鲜奶 fresh milk 140ml
切达奶酪片 cheddar cheese sliced 3 /60g
无盐奶油 unsalted butter 50g / 4 Tbsp
蛋黄 egg yolk 3
低筋面粉 cake flour 50g / 4 Tbsp
蛋白 egg whites 3
细砂糖 caster sugar 50g/6T
圆模Pan Size 16cm/6"
第1步驟先以摄氏120 / 华氏250 水浴烤法 20分钟
第2步驟再把溫度轉至摄氏150 / 华氏300 水浴烤法 20分钟
第3步驟把水盤移除繼續以摄氏110 / 华氏230 烘烤 30-40分钟
第4步驟关闭烤箱,放置10分钟,再把蛋糕取出
Step 1 bake at 120°C / 250°F in water bath for 20 minutes
Step 2 temperature transferred to 150°C / 300°F bake in water bath for 20 minutes
Step 3 remove the water tray and continue baking at 110°C / 230°F for 30-40 minutes
Step 4 turn off the oven, leave it for 10 minutes, then can take the cake
