Chinese Dumplings are wrappers filled with minced meat or seafood and vegetables. In Chinese it is called JiaoZi "饺子". These dumplings are either pan fried, boiled or steamed. There are also many ways to fold these wrappers. In this video, I will demonstrate 2 methods of folding, one simple method and another with pleats. I used ready made wrappers as it is easily available and less hassle.
