CHIA JAM:
Chia seed jam is super quick and easy to make. It’s raw, thickened with chia seeds, and doesn’t rely on pectin or a ton of sugar to set. Not only is it vegan and paleo (as most regular jams are) but it’s also raw, sugar-free, keto friendly.

JAM FROM DRIED FRUIT
This raw jam is not only easy and quick (possibly the quickest jam you’ve ever made), but it has also very deep and intense flavor you’ve probably never tasted before. And yes, you can use it just like regular jam – smear it on crepes, use it as a topping for pancakes, make PB&J sandwich with it, add it to smoothies or dressings, or just eat it with a spoon.
