Today I made a My Little Pony cake, a Rainbow Dash Pony out of the clouds cake, a sweet birthday cake idea. I used my sponge cake recipe to bake four 6 inch round cakes and one 6 inch half-ball. I filled the cake with frosting and I covered/decorate it with fondant. For the clouds I used 2,5 lbs (1,2 kg) of vanilla sponge cake and 1,3 lbs (600 gr) of cream cheese.
