The Richmond & Gordon Trophies celebrate the period of F1 racing where the modern form of Formula 1 was really bown. The Richmond element pitches the front-engined cars of the earlier part of the 1950s against each other and against and they will fight cars of the Gordon Trophy, the later 1950s races, the cars which had begun the transition to rear-engined domination. In this race you'll find cars from Maserati in the 250F, Lotus with the 16 and 18, Cooper's revolutionary T43 and even a one-off Ferrari 340. #gwspeedweek #F1
