Pork Sinigang na Ginisa | Quick and Easy Recipe by Chef RoRo
Chef RoRo's Sinigang na Baboy na Ginisa (Pork Sinigang)

Cook Time - 35 minutes
Total Time - 45 minutes
Servings - 6
✅Ingredients
- 1 kg pork cut into chunks (tail part)
- 2 medium size red onion diced
- 2 medium size tomato diced
- 1 bundle kangkong (leaves only)
- 2 bundle of okra sliced
- 1 medium size radish sliced
- 3 pcs green chili (pansigang)
- 4 tbs fish sauce
- 1 liter hot water
- 1 pkg knorr sinigang mix with gabi
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
✅Instructions
- Heat up oil on the pot and put in slightly salted pork. Sear on both sides then set aside.
- On the same pot, sauté the onion and tomato.
- Put-in the seared pork.
- Add hot water and the fish sauce. Stir and cover. Boil for 5 minutes and simmer for 25 minutes until pork is tender.
- Add radish and okra. Cook for 5 minutes
- Pour 1 package of Knorr Sinigang Mix into the cooking pot and add kangkong and green chili.
- Stir and cover the pot 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with fish sauce and red chili as condiment.
