How are you? Can you believe we are halfway through May already? This week I had to travel to Colorado for a job and it's so nice to be out in the mountains surrounded by nature. It's still a bit chilly here compared to LA but I kinda like the change in weather. When I take a deep breath so high up, I feel like I can taste how clean and crisp the air is here. Is that just me or have you ever felt this way before?

My apartment renovation is still coming along but I think it will be a few more weeks before it is ready for Max and me to move back in. I do miss cooking in my own kitchen but I'll be back in there soon enough! I've been making a lot of chia seed pudding this week because it is such a quick and easy recipe to prepare the night before. I love that when I wake up it's ready to eat and I can add whatever topping I am in the mood for whether that's blueberries, a banana or some granola, it's a stress free breakfast perfect for early mornings on set. I also wanted to share my lemon olive oil cake recipe that I enjoy as a quick snack and well let's be honest, can be eaten any time of the day. Is there anything you feel like you can eat 24/7?
