b) 2 2/3 Cups (16oz) Dark Chocolate Chips

=DECORATIVE TOPPINGS= (OPTIONAL)

b) Icing/Powdered Sugar
c) Roasted Peanuts (Roughly Chopped)
d) Color Sprinkles
