I am testing 5 different types of salt in this video to find out what is best for sous vide. The salt's are Pink Salt, Flaky Salt, Smoked Salt, Fine Salt and Rock Salt. For the steak I am using the best steak in the world which is Picanha. To keep this experiment as accurate as possible I weighted every sing steak to ensure they have the same weight. I also weighted the salt.

The purpose of this video is to find out what is the best salt to use for sous vide. The results was surprising to me as I had never used the winner of the results on a steak before. Me and Maumau choose the same salt when ninja had a different opinion. Yep he was the odd sheep out. LOL
