๐ถ [Spicy Chilli Pepper Sauce] 400g
- Ingredients : 40 Hot chilli pepper, 4 Red pepper, 1 Onion, 2tbsp Minced garlic, 1tbsp Cooking oil
- Seasonings : 3 cups of Anchovy and kelp broth, 5tbsp Fish sauce, 5tbsp Soy sauce, 2tbsp Sesame oil, 2tbsp Sesame seeds
1. Remove the stems of the clean hot peppers and chop them finely. Then dice the onions.
tip. Please use gloves when handling hot peppers in large quantities.
2. Grease the pan a little and stir-fry the diced garlic and onions.
3. When you start smelling the garlic, stir-fry the chopped hot peppers, add the seasoning ingredients, then boil them until they are reduced down.
4. Enjoy the finished hot pepper paste with rice or noodles.
tip. It is delicious in a wrap with grilled seaweed or vegetables such as pumpkin leaves and cabbage.
- Cool it down and store it in an airtight container. It can be stored in the refrigerator for about a month.
