This is the model I designed to be the commemorative event kit for BrickCon 2019. Many thanks to Chris Malloy for help adding the finishing touches. It shows a fan of LEGO building the BrickCon logo, with some other finished models on their build table.

Turn on captions for more information on different aspects of the build. The model features a simple offset cam mechanism to move the figure's arms up and down, giving the impression that they are actively building.
