Dough made from Milk, Oil, Flour, Yeast, Salt, Sugar. Mix, rest, roll then cut.
Deep Fry pieces in Hot Oil using a Kazan Pot until Golden Brown.

🍛 *KARA KUYRDAK*
Horse Meat Cube Slices, Potato, Onion, Dill, Green Onion, Oil, Salt, Black Pepper. Mix, Cook & Garnish.

🪱 *QARTA* (Cooked Intestines)
Boil Intestines for 3 hours. Eat with Beshbarmak.

🥩 *KAZY*
Horse Meat marinated with Salt, Pepper & Garlic. Use Horse Bone to create Holes in the Horse Intestine. Stuff into the Intestines, then Cut and Tie them securely with String.

🍜 *NOODLES*
Eggs, Wheat Flour, Salt, Water, Flour. Mix, Rest, Knead, Roll, the Cut. Boil with Beshbarmak.

🐴 *BESHBARMAK*
Kazy (horse sausage), Horse meat (back leg meat and ribs), Horse stomach & ribs, Garlic, Salt, Black pepper, Carrots, Potatoes. Clean ingredients & Mix spices. Stuff the Horse Stomach. Slow cook with Kazan Pot.
