Cheesy White Sauce Pasta Recipe in English :

Ingredients for boiled pasta:
Water as required
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Penne pasta 3 cups

Ingredients for Chicken preparation:
Chicken strips (boneless) 1 kg
Soy sauce 3 tbsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 ½ tbsp.
Oil (for cooking) 2 tbsp

Ingredients for White sauce pasta:
Oil 3 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Cream 2 cups
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Mushrooms 1/2 cup
Black olives 1/2 cup
Pasta water 1 cup
Boiled pasta
Cooked chicken

Ingredients for Matka Pasta:
White sauce pasta
Mozzarella cheese as required
Clay pots

Directions for boiled pasta preparation:
1. In a pot heat water and add salt and oil and bring it to a boil.
2. Add pasta and boil until it’s 80% done. Strain through chilled water and set aside.
Directions for Chicken Preparation:
1. In a bowl add boneless chicken, soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, black pepper powder, red chili flakes and mix well. Marinate for 30 minutes.
2. In a pan heat oil and add marinated chicken. Cook until chicken is fully done. Set aside.
Directions for White sauce pasta preparation:
3. In a pan heat oil and add garlic, cook for a minute.
4. Add cream and cook until starts to simmer.
5. Add black pepper, soy sauce, salt, oregano and cook for a minute.
6. Add pasta water, boiled pasta and mix well. Now add cooked chicken, mushrooms, olives and cook for 1-2 minutes.
7. Now transfer the pasta into a clay pot. Top it with mozzarella cheese and bake at 180 degrees for 2-3 minutes or until cheese melts.
8. Your Cheesy Baked Pasta is ready to serve.

Cooking time: 30 mins
Servings: 3-4
