Daniel shows you how to make Korean Banquet Noodles (잔치국수). These noodles were traditionally eaten on special occasions like weddings, birthdays and other family celebrations. This recipe builds the broth in very simple way - using two kinds of soy sauce (and without anchovy stock). Simple but awesome noodles that is worth trying at home!
