300g (2 cups) Bread flour 高筋面粉
170g (0.72 cup) Warm water 温水
4g (1 tsp) Active dry yeast 酵母粉
15g ( 1tbsp) Cooking oil 油
10g (3/4 tbsp) Sugar 糖
A pinch of salt 盐
8 Hot dogs 热狗香肠
Egg wash 全蛋液

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C), bake for 23-25 minutes
