Today I am recreating the limited edition Chocolate Mint Dorayaki from Seven-Eleven.
The bitterness of the cocoa powder was very flavourful with the refreshing chocolate mint cream.
I’ve only had it once, and I didn’t see the ingredients either, so much of this recipe is my guess.
I think it turned out alright.

I also got a different microphone, so you might notice a difference in the sound.
