材料:豬腳肉200g、去皮五花肉100g、白菜800g、扁魚30g、乾香菇4朵、蝦米1大匙、魚皮100g、炸豬皮1把、薑泥、胡椒粉、醬油、糖、青花椒粉、蒜末、蔥末、酒

1. 扁魚入鍋油煎,切末;香菇去蒂切絲;蝦仁切段,一起放入鍋中煸香

2. 五花肉切片,與魚皮、炸豬皮下鍋炒香

3. 白菜入鍋,倒入浸泡蝦米、香菇和炸豬皮的水,蓋鍋蓋燜煮

4. #獅子頭製作:將豬絞肉、蔥末、胡椒粉、青花椒粉稍微混和,再加入鹽巴、酒、薑泥,充分快速拍打至肉團呈現糊狀

5. 捏肉丸子入鍋燜煮,等肉丸子熟透後,勾芡

6. 鹽巴、胡椒調味,盛盤,完成
