I’ve surprised my mother-in-law with these minced meat nests. Super tasty!

Ingredients:
for the meat composition:
minced meat - 800 g (28.2 oz)
onion - 1 piece
eggs - 2 pieces
salt - 7 g (0.25 oz)
black pepper - 3 g (0.11 oz)

for the filling:
mushrooms - 200 g (7 oz)
oil - 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
eggs - 3 pieces
pressed cheese - 100 g (3.5 oz)
green onion - 1 piece
salt - 5 g (0.18 oz)
black pepper - 3 g (0.11 oz)
Tray size: 24 x 30 cm (9.45 x 12 in)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/25 minutes
