This one is a very interesting combination between an authentic clean cut chocolate cake and a modern illusion design.
It is composed with a chocolate recomposed streusel with Fleur de Sel an old school praline, an intense chocolate sponge soaked with vanilla and hazelnuts, a dark chocolate cremeux, a milk chocolate cremeux and a duo milk and dark chocolate mousse.
