黄梨 1片 (切小片)
日本黄瓜 1条 (切条,去籽)
大红葱 半粒 (切丝)
大辣椒 1条 (去籽,去丝)
萝卜 半条 (去皮,切丝)
腌料: 依自己口味调整
白醋 1汤匙
糖 1汤匙
饮用水 1汤匙
1. 全部材料混合,加1茶匙盐,伴一伴均匀,用手抓一抓,
腌制5分钟,再用流动水撤底清洗干净。(可多冲洗几次)
2. 沥干水份,加入腌料,混合伴均匀,放入冰箱冷
