How Can I Save a Little Bird That Crashed Into My Window

I ran outside, a young blackbird had just hit my window. I wasn’t sure if she was going to make it. Here's what you should you do in case you find a bird like this.

Know that a lot of them break their neck on impact... there isn't much you can do.
In case they are still alive:
First make sure it is safe from other animals (and children)
So give it a place where it can rest.
A cardboard box will do
Give it some water and some food
- wet dog or cat food works for insect eaters or some grains for other birds
When you feel it has recovered, put it back where you have found it
In case you’re not sure, contact a bird rescue center near where you live

Thanks for caring and helping our little feathered friends

Oh... and put some stickers on your window ;)
