Disc Bulges: BACK CRACKS & Therapy for Ultimate Spinal Releases
Exercises to Help with Disc Bulging
relieving stress and anxiety from the spine
Common Causes Of a Bulging Disc:
Poor body mechanics and posture that put stress on the spinal disc. Torsion on the disc from repetitive work/motions with a lot of bending, twisting or lifting. In contrast - sitting, standing, or driving positions for long periods of time create a slow degenerative process of the disc. I personally find that these factors aren't the only cause. There is usually some previous mechanism of injury prior to these events...sometimes 10-15 years before symptoms start! Patients who can't remember anything particularly traumatic will go home and remember later on THE event that started it all! Discs usually don't "blow out" all at once....it takes years. Seeking a chiropractor who can help you understand your body mechanics is invaluable.
Thumbnail: This is called a McKenzie exercise which is a simple way to help centralize disc injuries and restore proper biomechanics. Nothing can substitute a visit however to your local chiro. We can help you figure out the root cause of your pain and provide the proper exercises according to your condition.
