[Ingredients] Around 8 pieces
■Taiyaki dough
A- Cake Flour :180g
A- Baking Soda:7g
A- Caster Sugar:10g
A- Salt:1g
A- Chocolate Powder :15g
A- Dark Chocolate Powder:3g
Whole Egg:1(approximately 60g)
Water:150ml
Milk:100ml
Red Bean Paste:400g
1. Mix well with all the ingredients A.
2. Pour half portion of the water and milk into part 1, and pour the remaining when all lumps are gone.
■Ganache
Red Bean Paste:120g
Fresh Cream :20ml
Dark Chocolate:20g
