Holidays are the best time of the year and today I am cooking the most impressive holiday roast. It is a 8.5lbs T-Bone Roast which I grilled it. I did use the reverse sear method to cook this beautiful roast. Lets not forget the amazing hassled back potatoes I did with this incredible cook! This was truly epic.

HOW TO COOK T-BONE ROAST ON THE GRILL
I cooked it @ (250°F / 121°C)
until internal temp of (120°F / 49°C)
Then finish with a hot sear to your liking.

* T-Bone Roast Rub Ingredients
2 tbsp Granulated Garlic
1 tsp Chipotle Powder
2 tbsp Smoked Paprika
2 tbsp Black Pepper
2 tbsp Granulated Onion
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
(Be sure to season well with salt and dry brine overnight)
