Very Fluffy & Delicious Bread better than the famous Donuts - Made by our hands. Simple & Easy！

配方 Ingredients:
 面团Dough:
牛奶200毫升
Milk 200 ml
酵母3克 ( 1茶勺）
Instant dry yeast 3 g (1 tsp)
白糖15克
White sugar 15 g
高筋面粉280克
Bread or all purpose flour 280 g （ 2 Cups）
盐1.5克
Salt 1.5 g (1/4 tsp)
植物油15毫升
Vegetable oil 15 ml (1 tbsp)

 牛奶酱 Cream:
牛奶300毫升
Milk 300 ml
玉米淀粉30克
Corn starch 30 g (3 tbsp)
白糖50-60克
White sugar 50-60 g (4 tbsp)
无盐黄油30克
Unsalted butter 30 g (2 tbsp)

180度/356华氏度烤12-15分钟至金黄
180℃/356℉bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown
