[INDONESIAN]
Resep Fruit Pie (25-28 pcs)

Bahan:
260 gr tepung terigu protein rendah/sedang
80 gr gula halus
125 gr mentega dingin, potong kotak-kotak
2 butir kuning telur
¾ sdt garam

Pastry cream:
450 ml susu full cream
80 gr gula pasir
4 butir kuning telur
25 gr tepung terigu protein sedang
20 gr tepung maizena
35 gr mentega
1-2 sdt ekstrak vanila
½ sdt garam

Bahan lainnya:
Kiwi, potong
Stroberi, potong
Anggur, potong
Jeruk kaleng, potong
Jelly polos untuk olesan

Langkah:
1. Untuk cream, panaskan susu, di wadah terpisah campurkan kuning telur, gula pasir, ekstrak vanila, maizena, tepung terigu, dan garam, aduk rata
2. Tuang susu ke dalam campuran tepung sambil diaduk, kemudian masak kembali di api sedang kecil hingga mengental
3. Masukkan mentega, aduk rata lalu pindahkan ke dalam mangkuk, tutup dengan plastic wrap, diamkan hingga dingin di dalam kulkas minimal dua jam
4. Setelah dingin, mixer cream lalu masukkan ke dalam piping bag
5. Untuk kulit pai, campurkan tepung terigu, gula halus, dan garam yang telah disaring, aduk rata
6. Masukkan mentega, aduk hingga tercampur lalu tambahkan kuning telur, aduk hingga rata
7. Oles cetakan pai dengan minyak, lalu isi dengan kulit pai, ratakan, tusuk dasar pai dengan garpu
8. Panggang di suhu 170 derajat selama 20 menit
9. Keluarkan kulit pai dari cetakan, isi dengan cream lalu beri topping buah di atas nya
10. Oles dengan jelly polos
11. Pai buah siap disajikan

Fruit Pie Recipe (yield 25-28 pieces)

Ingredients:
260 g all-purpose flour
80 g icing sugar
125 g cold butter, diced
2 pc egg yolk
¾ tsp salt

Pastry Cream:
450 ml full cream milk
80 g sugar
4 pc egg yolk
25 g all-purpose flour
20 g cornstarch
35 g butter
1-2 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp salt

Other ingredients:
Kiwi, sliced
Strawberry, sliced
Grape, sliced
Canned orange, sliced
Plain jelly to brush

Steps:
1. For the pastry cream, heat the milk. In a separate bowl, mix the egg yolks, sugar, vanilla extract, cornstarch, flour, and salt. Mix well.
2. Pour the milk into the yolk mix while stirring, then cook it again on medium-low heat until it thickens.
3. Add butter. Mix well, then transfer to a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
4. Once chilled, mix the cream with a mixer and transfer into a piping bag.
5. For the pie crust, mix the sifted flour, icing sugar, and salt. Stir.
6. Add butter and stir until it’s mixed. Add egg yolks and mix well.
7. Brush the pie tins with oil. Fill the tins with the dough. Even it out and stab the base of the pie with a fork.
8. Bake at 170℃ for 20 minutes.
9. Get the pie crust out of the tins. Fill it with the pastry cream and top with fruits.
10. Brush it with plain jelly.
11. Fruit Pie is ready to serve.
