Salt 1/4tsp
White Pepper 1/2tsp
Black Pepper 1/4tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Chinese Salt 1/2tsp
Vinegar 3tsp
Soya Sauce 1.5tsp
Egg 1 beaten
Corn Flour Slurry as required
