[CC] Ojingeochae Bokkeum (Spicy Stir-fried Dried Squid): Korean side dish : Honeykki 꿀키
Let’s make a Banchan(Korean side dish)! Today’s menu is ojingeochae bokkeum (오징어채볶음, spicy stir-fried dried squid).
This is a great, quick side dish to make in bulk and keep in the fridge. From now on, I will be introducing Korean cuisine every second week.

* ingredients
250g shredded dried squid, 3Tbs gochujang(Korean red pepper paste)
1Tbs soy sauce, 2~3Tbs starch syrup (or sugar), 0.5Tbs crushed garlic, 1Tbs mayonnaise, sesame seed, sesame oil
