40ml/8tsp Milk
5pcs Egg
60g/7.38tbsp Cake flour
70g/5.6tbsp Caster Sugar
2g Lemon juice
Cake Pan size 18cm/7''
Preheat the Oven at 150°C (300°F) bake for 20 minutes,
then turn to 160°C (320°F) bake for 30 minutes
Baking suggestions.
1. because the cream cheese has fat, so the recipe does not need to add oil
2. I used a large home oven to bake, the oven in the United States is only the bottom heat for baking, you need to put in the lower middle of the oven, such as my oven a total of 7 layers, I put in the third layer
3. medium control mold can be baked at high temperature, but if you like soft, then the temperature does not need to be too high, if you want to be fluffy like clouds, it is suggested to use the temperature I gave for baking

3. 中控模具可以高温烤制,但是如果喜欢绵软一些的话温度不需要太高,这个蛋糕想要云朵般松软的话建议用我给出的温度烘烤
