📢 Recipe (Ingredients)
60ml (1/4 cup) Milk
55g (4 tbsp) Cooking oil
65g (1/2 cup) Cake flour
5 Eggs
1.5g (1/4 tsp) Salt
2g Lemon juice
50g (4 tbsp) Sugar
Meat floss
Green onion
Mayonnaise

* Cake pan size : 28x28cm
* 170°C (340°F) bake for 25 minutes

📢 Important tips
1. Whip the egg whites to medium peaks so that the cake sandwich tastes more moist.
2. You can omit the scallions, and substitute the mayonnaise with another sauce of your favorite.
3. If you want to roll it up, you can use a rolling pin to roll it up, that's a cake roll.
