Barre and Pilates Fusion Workout for Beginners & Seniors || 30 minutes
No dance experience required! Follow along to tone and lengthen your muscles the way dancers do. Using ballet inspired movements along with core strengthening Pilates exercises, this workout will leave you feeling lifted and inspired!
This barre and Pilates fusion class begins in a standing position for our warm up and barre work. Please have a sturdy chair to serve as your “barre”. We then move to the floor or mat for abdominal and core toning and finishing with muscle lengthening stretching exercises.
This workout is incredible for posture and carrying yourself with grace and elegance. I hope you love it as much as I do! Please don’t worry about how you look, just have fun with it!
