Ingredients:

2 large oranges/ 3 smaller ones
90 g rolled oats(1 cup)
orange juice(~140 ml)
leave for 5-10 minutes
60 g walnuts( 1/2 cup)
orange pulp(optional)
2 tbsp sweetener(stevia/or your choice)
1 tablespoon coconut flakes
1 teaspoon baking powder
peel from 1 orange
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
bake 40 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
75 g dark chocolate(2.6 oz)
1 teaspoon coconut oil/ or your choice
coconut flakes/ or your choice
