Ingredients:
egg whites - 6 pieces
yolks - 6 pieces
water - 2 l (0.52 gallon)
TO BOIL 10 minutes

for the meat composition:
minced meat - 800 g (28.2 oz)
eggs - 1 piece
bread crumbs - 200 g (7 oz)
salt - 5 g (0.18 oz)
black pepper - 3 g (0.11 oz)
prosciutto - 70 g (2.47 oz)
pressed cheese - 70 g (2.47 oz)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/25 minutes
