Psych Not2Go

Many of us are guilty of being an overthinker, and there is nothing wrong with that. We overthink in the shower, we overthink at night, we overthink when we're hanging out with friends. As an over thinker, we can't help but not know how to stop overthinking about everything to anything. We have negative thoughts, we don't know how to stop thinking about someone or something that we did in the past or minutes ago. If you relate to these signs in the video, let's unite and share some of our overthinking experiences. Share with a friend who you know might be an overthinker!
