10 minute yoga to release tension in the neck and shoulders

We all have times where we are under a lot of pressure and stress. For many of us it can often lead to tension in our neck and shoulders that some simple neck rolls just won't shift.
This short practice will offer you a few yoga exercises that will help you release tension and stiffness in the neck and shoulders. You'll also learn about the connection between the eye muscles and the neck!
Always be gentle with your body. These movements should feel good! If you experience pain or discomfort it's sign to take it a little easier and not go so far with the movements.
