MUNG DAL – 1 CUP (SOAKED FOR 2 HOURS)
SPRING ONION (FINELY CHOPPED) – ½ CUP
GREEN CHILLI – 3, FINELY CHOPPED
CURRY LEAF – 8 TO 10 LEAVES
CARROT (GRATED) – ¼ CUP
GINGER – 1 INCH
DRIED RED CHILLI – 2, FINELY CHOPPED
DRIED CORIANDER SEEDS – 1 TSP
HING (ASAFOETIDA) – ¼ TSP
CUMIN SEEDS – ½ TSP
TURMERIC POWDER – ¼ TSP
SALT – 1 TSP
CORIANDER LEAVES – 2 TABLESPOON
