盐20克 1大勺
小茴香 8克 1大勺
花椒 5克 1大勺

干黄豆 100克
泡黄豆的盐 2克 1/4小勺
煮黄豆的盐4克 1/2小勺
八角 1个

油 15克 1大勺多一点
葱3根
干辣椒 5克

Vegetable Stir Fry with Soybeans ingredients
leaf mustard / small Gai Choy: 500g
salt 20g 1tablespoon
fennel seeds 8g 1 tablespoon
Sichuan peppercorns 5g 1 tablespoon

dried soybeans 100g
salt for soaking the beans 2g 1/4 teaspoon
salt for simmering the beans 4g 1/2 teaspoon
star anise 1

oil 15 g a bit more than 1 tablespoon
green onions 3
dried chili peppers 5g
