饺子皮:
中筋面粉 500g
水 250g
饺子馅:
猪肉(三分肥)500g
白菜(可换成自己喜欢的蔬菜)400g
葱白 50g
香油 2大勺
生抽 3大勺
老抽 1小勺
蚝油 1大勺
料酒 2大勺
姜粉 1小勺
盐 2小勺 (盐分要根据自己口味调节,不同盐的咸度也略有不同)
白糖 1小勺
十三香(视频中忘记提及,没有可省略)1小勺
花椒大料水(花椒2小勺,大料1颗,水50ml)
高汤(鸡汤、骨汤或水代替)100ml
油 3大勺

All Purpose Flour 500g
Water 250g
For Fillings:
Pork(30% fat)500g
Cabbage(or any vegetables you like)400g
White part of green onions 50g
Sesame Oil 2 Tbsp
Soy Sauce 3 Tbsp
Dark Soy Sauce 1 Tsp
Oyster Sauce 1 Tbsp
Rice Wine 2 Tbsp
Ground Ginger 1 Tsp
Salt 2 Tsp (adjust the usage to your taste)
Sugar 1 Tsp
Sichuan Peppercorn 2 Tsp
Star Anise 1
Water 50ml
Stock or Broth(Chicken stock or pork bone stock)100ml
Oil 3 Tbsp
