蓝莓菜燕蛋糕 菜燕蛋糕做法 Blueberry Agar Agar Cake | How To Make Fruit Jelly Cake
冰凉滑溜的三色蓝莓菜燕蛋糕,很适合炎热的夏天。我用小小的慕斯圈把它做成三层菜燕蛋糕,特别善心悦目,希望大家喜欢。
材料
蓝莓层:
1)蓝莓 – 160g (冷冻后解冻)
2)水 – 120ml
3)菜燕粉 – 1 1/4 tsp
4)糖 – 4 tsp
豆奶层:
1)无糖豆奶- 250ml
2)菜燕粉 – 1 1/4 tsp
3)糖 – 3 tsp
透明层:
1)水 – 320ml
2)菜燕粉 – 2 tsp
3)糖 – 6 tsp
4)蓝莓 – 适量
*我做了4个 3寸的蓝莓菜燕蛋糕。多余的菜燕液体放在巧克力模做成小小的菜燕。
*确保液体半凝固时才倒入下一层。

Ingredients
Blueberry Layer:
1)Blueberry – 160g (freeze and thaw)
2)Water – 120ml
3)Agar agar – 1 1/4 tsp
4)Sugar – 4 tsp
Soy Milk Layer:
1)Unsweetened soy milk – 250ml
2)Agar agar – 1 1/4 tsp
3)Sugar – 3 tsp
Clear Layer:
1)Water – 320ml
2)Agar agar – 2 tsp
3)Sugar – 6 tsp
4)Blueberry – handful
*I make 4 blueberry agar agar cakes using 3 inches round cake rings. Pour the leftover into chocolate mold to make mini agar agar.
*Make sure the layer is semi firm before pouring next layer.
