This video is about our 62sqm2 rental house in Chiba Japan. We decided to showcase living in a house rather than the abundant number of apartment tours in Japan.
We pay 59,000 Yen ($450 USD) ( 24,000 PHP) a month for a 50 year old house which is an 11 min walk from the nearest station and about a 40 minute train ride to Tokyo.
