它是美式经典的饼干,由布朗尼(brownie)变化来的。因为饼干在烘烤时会自动开裂,形成漂亮的裂纹,所以它的名字叫做巧克力裂纹饼干 (Chocolate Crinkle Cookies)。有别于一般的饼干,巧克力裂纹饼干外酥,而里面却是松软湿润,香气非常浓郁,常温和冷藏都有不同的滋味。

我习惯在饼干上加了一颗Hershey’s Kisses,好让她的外貌更加分(:≡。不想饼干太甜的话尽量选些甜度不高的巧克力,如黑巧克力或特浓醇黑巧克力之类的;不想放的话也可以省略。

材料:
1)半甜巧克力 – 70g
2)牛油 – 50g
3)白糖 – 55g
4)即溶咖啡粉 – 1 tbsp
5)蛋 – 2 个
6)泡打粉 – 1 tsp
7)盐 – 1/2 tsp
8)中筋面粉 – 125g
9)可可粉 – 30g
10)白糖和糖粉 (裹面团) – 适量
11)好时之吻巧克力 – 28颗

*共做了28个饼干。
*这款饼干不可以烤过头,不然口感会偏干。可以用竹签测试,插进去拉出来时没有面糊沾粘就是熟了。不要把水分烤透,不然会影响口感。
*巧克力裂纹饼干不需要烤透的缘故,所以部分外层的糖粉在烤好一段时间后会融化。先沾白糖的小撇步让糖粉不会直接接触饼干,进而防止它受潮融化。

Ingredients:
1)Semi-sweet Chocolate – 70g
2)Butter – 50g
3)Sugar – 55g
4)Instant Coffee Powder – 1 tbsp
5)Egg – 2
6)Baking Powder – 1 tsp
7)Salt – 1/2 tsp
8)All Purpose Flour – 125g
9)Cocoa Powder – 30g
10)Sugar & Icing Sugar (For Coating)
11)Heyshey's Kisses - 28

*Make 28 cookies.
*Do not overbake the cookies or else they will become dry. You can check the doneness using toothpick. The cookies is done when the toothpick inserted into the middle comes put clean.
*The moist of the Chocolate Crinkle Cookies always cause the icing sugar on the outer layer melt after keeping them for a period of time. The tips of coating the dough with sugar can prevent the icing sugar from direct contact with cookies and make them stay white without melting.
