We found out a lot of new information this week about the ongoing investigations into the Trump organization and the Trump family taking place in the state of New York and most of this new information obviously came from the court filings of New York attorney general Letitia James. Now she had to file in court this week, a 115 page document explaining why she needs the Trump family to come and testify in the ongoing investigation. And this is because the Trump family of course, has tried to argue that no, we don't have to come in and talk with the investigators. We're totally fine. This is a totally partisan witch hunt that is targeting our family. Well, the documents that were filed in court seem to tell a completely different story. First and foremost, the documents show that there is clear discrepancies in the values that the Trump organization reported for certain properties to both tax authorities and the banks.

And this is exactly what everybody had expected the New York attorney general and of course the Manhattan district attorney to be looking into, whether or not they inflated prices when talking to the banks, deflated the values when talking with tax authorities. This would make it to where they would pay less in taxes, but be able to get more in loans and for those following along, that's also tax fraud and bank fraud. The very things that we have suspected all along and now the AG says, yeah, we've, we've got some pretty solid evidence here and she did name specific properties. Even some all the way out in California. So this is not just limited to what they were telling tax authorities or bank regulators in New York. These were properties all over the United States where a similar pattern had emerged. And of course that does paint a very bleak picture for the Trump family.

To make things even worse, the AG in her filing said that Ivanka Trump was the one who basically gave the green light for submitting the false documents to Deutche bank. So that could make Ivanka target number one, in this entire investigation. But it is important to remember that the New York attorney general right now is only launching a civil probe. The only thing they're trying to seek is monetary damages. It's the Manhattan district attorney that is conducting the criminal probe. However, the two probes are essentially working in unison and there can easily be some overlap. If the AG believes she has evidence of criminal wrongdoing, she can send it down to that Manhattan DA and they can file the criminal charges. But here's the thing. The Trump family is clearly terrified about what is going on so they have spent most of this week lashing out at Letitia James, and again, little confusing there because she's not trying to put them in jail.

She's just trying to get some money back if they scammed the tax authorities, like it is believed that they did. Okay. They're not going to jail for that on her watch. That would be the Manhattan DA. But still that didn't stop Trump Jr. from tweeting this out on Wednesday. America's most corrupt attorney general won't even directly respond to our motions about her political targeting of my family because she knows her actions are indefensible.
