[No Music] How to make Potato Gnocchi

Ingredients:
600g potatoes
200g semolina flour(all purpose flour can be substitution, add more flour if you feel it's difficult to shape the dough)
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. steam potatoes then peel it.
2. mush the potatoes and add flour and salt. knead a little bit.
3. cut the dough into small pieces and shape them with gnocchi board.
4. boil for 1 - 2 minutes.

「材料」
じゃがいも 600g
セモリナ粉 200g(生地がまとめづらい場合は足してください。薄力粉、中力粉、強力粉でも作ることはできますが食感が変わります。)
塩 小さじ1/2
「作り方」
1、ジャガイモを茹でて皮をむきます。
2、ジャガイモをすりつぶし、セモリナ粉と塩を加え少し捏ねます。
3、生地を小分けにして一つずつ、ニョッキボードなどで成形します。
4、茹で時間は1〜2分ほどです。
