好久没吃Texas Chicken了,里面最出名的就是他的招牌Honey Butter Biscuits牛油蜜糖松饼,想念就做来吃。做法其实跟司康很相似,所以方式简单,可是材料房温一定要冷,松饼才能蓬松好吃哦。烤好趁热立刻刷上浓香的牛油蜜糖,再回烤两分钟让牛油蜜糖融合跟上面的脆皮。出来又再二次刷上牛油蜜糖来给松饼光泽。外皮黄金酥脆且带有牛油蜜糖香甜,内部柔软蓬松口感,是的饼干和杯子蛋糕的最佳合成口感。真好吃。像Texas Chicken 的吗?
保存方式:烤好立刻温吃最佳。彻底凉透收密封容器室温3天,冷冻冰库保存更久几个星期,要吃前那出来toaster中火弄热,放凉一下,让饼皮酥回再温吃。

Storage Method: Best eaten warm once baked. Let cool thoroughly and store in airtight container at room temperature for 3 days. Store in freezer for few weeks. Before eating, reheat them with toaster on medium heat, let cool till crust return crispy and eat warm.

226克 普通/中筋面粉
35克 细纱糖
4克 盐
14克 发粉/泡打粉
150克 全脂牛奶(冷)
(预热烤箱190C: 20分钟)
(上下火,不开旋风,中层烤)

=涂层=
30克 无盐牛油
45克 蜜糖
涂层后,预热烤箱190C: 2分钟
上下火,不开旋风,顶层烤

115g Unsalted Butter (Cold)
226g Plain/All Purpose Flour
35g Castor Sugar
4g Salt
14g Baking Powder
150g Whole Milk (Cold)
(Preheated Oven 190C: 20minutes)
(Top Bottom Heat, No Fan Force, Middle Rack)

=Glaze=
30g Unsalted Butter
45g Honey
After glaze, Preheated Oven 190C: 2minutes
Top Bottom Heat, No Fan Force, Top Rack
